Okay, a lot of times you have something real small you need done and it is not crucial you get it done immediately. For example, you buy a new remote starter for your car from Harbor Freight and need it installed. Okay, so you first grab the phone book or rely on friends for recommendations and that is never a help. The next step is to give up and take it to some place and get hosed on price. The whole time all you can think is, “I know this can not be hard to do, if I only knew someone.”
Now you can go to W-inAFix.com, and enter everything you need and what you are willing to pay for it. Online certified Fixers will then bid for your money. I.e.
== Need someone to build me a small shelf that will hold beer steins. I will need it stained and installed in a way that will look nice. I also want routed edges. Will pay for wood.
Rates: $20 - $40.
Lowest bidder / Best Quality. You would have 3 days to decide who to perform the duties then the website would take care of scheduling and payment.

Outstanding. You could even have a section where users post/ give reviews of past experiences with a given contractor, mechanic, etc. It would almost be like a Craigslist for getting things done.
Start on the coding, I will get down on promotion and branding.
