The folding portable conveyor belt

I was walking past a construction site the other day and I saw them dragging around this big ol’ conveyor belt system, which was going to be used for demolition. I thought wouldn’t it be better to have a series of portable conveyor belts that just fold up like TV trays do? They would be lightweight, have a way to easily connect to each other and would be battery operated by “6 C batteries.” :) Or have a backup connectable powerchain like Christmas lights. This would revolutionize industrial society, we would go foreign too because the market would be far bigger outside the United States.
