The Indoor electronic snow guage

Whenever there is a big snow storm coming or happening I always spend hours staring out the window wondering how many inches of snow we got. So what do you have to do to find out? You have to go outside in the cold and measure. So instead you could use the indoor electronic snow guage. It would show the number of inches of snow, but also the snow density (whether it is fluffy snow, the kind that drifts or the kind that packs a mean snowball).
